"He saved my life," the star tweeted in response to a fan who mentioned her new beau.

"That is the best hospital I have ever been to and I am so grateful," she added.

The Real Housewives star said she is "making changes" in her life in light of her rare allergy to non-shellfish.

"It'ss very unusual & confusing so I keep it to myself bc it is hard to describe," she explained Tuesday of previously keeping her allergy quiet.

People reported in September Frankel is dating real estate developer and film producer Paul Bernon. She was spotted kissing a man who looked like Bernon during an outing in Boston in October.
