Scott Disick wishes sons Mason, Reign a happy birthday

Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Scott Disick is celebrating his sons, Mason and Reign, on their shared birthday.

The 35-year-old television personality wished Mason and Reign, his children with ex-partner Kourtney Kardashian, a happy birthday Friday. Mason is turning 9 years old, while Reign is now 4.

Disick marked the occasion by sharing a cute photo on Instagram of Reign whispering to Mason during a boat ride.

"Happy birthday my loves," he captioned the post, adding a heart emoji.

Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, and sister Kim Kardashian also sent birthday wishes to Mason and Reign on Instagram.

"Happy birthday to our beautiful boys, Mason and Reign! It brings me so much joy to watch you grow. You are the greatest blessings in our lives and I love you so much. Happy birthday," Jenner captioned a slideshow.

"My two nephews born on the same day!!!! Mason & Reign I love you to the moon and back! Watching you grow up has been the best journey ever! Can't wait to celebrate with you guys!" Kim wrote on her own account.

Disick is parent to Mason, Reign and 6-year-old daughter Penelope with Kardashian. Kardashian shared a photo of herself lounging in bed with Disick last week while co-parenting their daughter.
