Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is pregnant with a baby boy.
The 31-year-old television personality announced the news in a YouTube video Thursday with the help of son Lorenzo.
Polizzi is already parent to 6-year-old Lorenzo and 4-year-old daughter Giovanna with husband Jionni LaValle. She announced the sex of her unborn third child at a party with family and friends.
"Thank you all for your support. We are so excited," Polizzo told fans in her post. "Today is a special day because it's our reveal party."
"I decided that Lorenzo is going to hit a baseball, and the baseball's going to come out with that powder -- it's going to be blue or pink," she said.
The video shows LaValle practicing swings with Lorenzo before tossing the baseball to his son. The six-year-old swung and hit the ball, sending blue powder flying out.
"It's a boy!" Polizzi and her loved ones exclaim.
The Jersey Shore star announced her pregnancy during her family's Thanksgiving celebration in November.
"What I'm thankful for this Thankgiving #family," she captioned a photo of Lorenzo and Giovanna holding a sonogram.
Polizzi came to fame on the MTV series Jersey Shore and returned this year in the sequel Jersey Shore Family Vacation. The show was renewed for a third season this month.
