Kate Middleton, Megan Markle share royal Christmas card photos

Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Britain's Kensington Palace shared on Twitter Friday the photos Prince William and Kate Middleton, and Prince Harry and Megan Markle used for their Christmas cards.

An outdoor image featured William and Kate and their adorable children -- George, 5; Charlotte, 3 and Louis, 8 months -- casually dressed in blue and brown clothing.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photograph of their family," the palace tweeted. "The photograph, taken by Matt Porteous, shows The Duke and Duchess with their three children at Anmer Hall, and features on Their Royal Highnesses' Christmas card this year."

A previously unreleased portrait of William's brother, Prince Harry, and his wife, Megan Markle, at their May wedding was also posted on Twitter.

"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are delighted to share a new photograph from their Wedding Reception at Frogmore House on 19th May," the picture is captioned. "The photograph, which features on Their Royal Highnesses' Christmas card, was taken by photographer Chris Allerton."

The black-and-white snapshot shows the newlyweds from behind. They are still wearing formal wedding attire as they hold hands and watch fireworks.
