Dec. 6 (UPI) -- Friendly exes Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick lounged in bed during a recent "co-parenting" session. The 39-year-old television personality shared a photo with Disick and their 6-year-old daughter, Penelope, during a lazy day at home Wednesday.

The picture shows Kardashian smiling and striking a pose as Disick and Penelope look at a phone in the background. Kardashian wears a sexy black dress with cutouts.
"coparenting," she captioned the post, which had received over 2.3 million likes as of Thursday morning. Fans voiced their hopes in the comments that Kardashian and Disick will ultimately reconcile.
"I want y'all to get back together one day," one person wrote.
"Wish you two would get back together," another added.
Kardashian and Disick also appeared in a photo with their sons, 8-year-old Mason and 3-year-old Reign, in November following their family trip to Bali, Indonesia.
"I love seeing Scott with you all," one fan said at the time.
Kardashian and Disick split in 2015 after nine years of dating. Disick has since started dating Sofia Richie, who attended an art gallery opening and dinner with him and Kardashian in November.
"They seemed very civil and seemed to get getting along," a source told Us Weekly.
"Kourtney and Sofia were talking and laughing a lot. Everyone was talking and having a good time," an insider added to Entertainment Tonight.
