Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Pregnant actress Amy Schumer showed off her baby bump while postponing more dates on her stand-up comedy tour.

The 37-year-old star shared a photo of her growing belly and news she will cancel certain dates in an Instagram post Monday.

"Thanks to Newark and Pittsburgh, I'm so happy to be feeling better and I will be able to continue my tour... However doctors orders not to travel cross country yet so I'm sorry that Seattle, Phoenix and Oakland will need to be postponed," Schumer wrote.

"I promise to go see you guys and make up the date real soon," she vowed. "The rest of the tour will go on as planned! Happy Thanksgiving!"

Schumer performed Sunday in Pittsburgh, Pa., after returning to the stage Saturday in Newark, N.J. She canceled her show in Dallas, Texas, last week after she was hospitalized for hyperemesis, or severe morning sickness.

"Thanks for bringing me back to life Newark (something no one else has ever said)," the actress joked on Instagram.

The Inside Amy Schumer creator was to perform Friday in Oakland, Calif., and Sunday in Phoenix, Ariz. She will next perform Wednesday in Brooklyn, N.Y., before taking the stage Nov. 27 in Tarrytown, N.Y.

Schumer is expecting her first child with her husband, Chris Fischer. She showed her baby bump during an outing with her sister, Kim Caramele, and a friend this month.
