SoKo gives birth to daughter Indigo Blue

Nov. 6 (UPI) -- French star SoKo is a new mom.

The 33-year-old singer and actress, born Stéphanie Sokolinski, took to Instagram Monday after giving birth to a daughter, Indigo Blue Honey.

SoKo shared a photo of herself kissing her baby girl's foot. She said she named her daughter after The Clean song "Indigo Blue."

"Indigo Blue Honey Sokolinski," the star wrote. "My heart.. (Cue « Indigo Blue » by The Clean , the song bb was named after)."

Actress Asia Argento and model Cory Kennedy were among those to offer their congratulations online.

"Welcome in to this world Indigo Blue," Argento wrote. "Love you back so so much. Sweet times.. Blessed be the child. Love you mamma @sokothecat."

"Congrats on baby Indigo!!! Love u @sokothecat," Kennedy said.

SoKo announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post in July, writing, "6 months of growing a little Alien." She shared a baby bump photo Oct. 20 ahead of her due date.

SoKo is known for the films Augustine and The Dancer, and last released the album My Dreams Dictate My Reality in 2015. She previously dated Twilight star Kristen Stewart, but has not shared details about any current partner or her baby's father.
