Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Nicki Minaj is set to open the 44th annual People's Choice Awards with a performance when the ceremony aires on E! on Nov. 11 at 9 p.m. ET. The official Twitter account for the People's Choice Awards made the announcement on Monday alongside a video hyping up Minaj's opening act.

"On 11.11, we'll be in the presence of a QUEEN," the caption said in reference to Minaj's latest album Queen, which arrived in August.
Minaj is nominated for two awards at the show including Female Artist of 2018 and Album of 2018.

The fan voted People's Choice Awards cover film, television, music and pop culture. Ariana Grande's Sweetener, Camila Cabello's self-titled album, Cardi B's Invasion of Privacy and Shawn Mendes' self titled album are also competing for Album of 2018. Female Artist of 2018 also includes Taylor Swift, Cardi B, Ariana Grande and Camila Cabello.
A Quiet Place, Avengers: Infinity War, Black Panther, Fifty Shades Freed and Incredibles 2 are up for Movie of 2018 while 13 Reasons Why, Grey's Anatomy, Shadowhunters, The Big Bang Theory and This Is Us are up for for Show of 2018.
Minaj recently performed at the MTV Europe Music Awards on Sunday, taking the stage alongside Little Mix for their song "Woman Like Me."
