Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Former Boy Meets World star Danielle Fishel is a married woman.
The 37-year-old actress confirmed in an Instagram post Monday that she tied the knot with actor and producer Jensen Karp on Sunday.
"Mr. & Mrs. Karp. Established 11/04/2018. [photo by]: @jillianbob [hair by]: @_hairbylaurie [makeup by]: @julie4makeup Coordinator: @union3events @lisagaskarth Video: @atomictangerinefilmco," she captioned the post.
Karp, an executive producer for the TBS series Drop the Mic, shared another snapshot on his own account.
"Today I married my soulmate. We were surrounded by family and friends and it was the best day of my life. I also ate 3 donuts after dinner. Unrelated. @daniellefishel, I love you so much and thank you for giving me this smile," he wrote.
Karp also posted about the wedding Monday on Twitter.
"Big life moment happened on Sunday. I am beyond thankful to have this angel by my side for the rest of our lives. @daniellefishel now has both my [heart] and my last name," he said.
Fishel and Karp first met in high school and got engaged in March.
"I am marrying this man and I don't care about the wedding. I don't care about the honeymoon destination. I only care that I have found my person and I am excited for our marriage and life together," Fishel said at the time.
Fishel played Topanga Lawrence on Boy Meets World and reprised the character on the Disney Channel spinoff sequel Girl Meets World. The series ended in January 2017 after a three-season run.
