Brigitte Nielsen expecting fifth child at age 54

May 31 (UPI) -- Brigitte Nielsen is going to be a mom of five.

The 54-year-old Danish actress announced she's expecting with husband Mattia Desi by sharing a baby bump photo Monday on Instagram.

The picture shows Nielsen sitting and cradling her baby bump. The expectant mom wears a white dress and sweater in the snapshot.

"family getting larger #me #family #brigittenielsen #babybump," she captioned the post.

Nielsen followed up Wednesday with another photo of her growing belly.

"happy time positive vibes #happyness #positivevibes," she wrote.

Nielsen is parent to four sons: 34-year-old Julian with Kasper Winding, 28-year-old Killian with Mark Gastineau, and 25-year-old Douglas and 23-year-old Raoul with Raoul Meyer. She married Dessi in July 2006.

"The children have kept me going. After I do Playboy, we want to try IVF," the star said in an August 2008 issue of Hello! "It's asking a lot, but if it's possible, it would make our package complete."

Nielsen is known for such films as Red Sonja, Rocky IV and Beverly Hills Cop II. She has also appeared on the German version of I'm a Celebrity...Get me Out of Here!
