May 18 (UPI) -- New couple Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz made their red carpet debut Thursday in Cannes.
The 44-year-old model and television personality and 28-year-old musician attended the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala, which takes place each year during the Cannes International Film Festival.
Klum wore a white Zuhair Murad gown with a train and plunging neckline, while Kaulitz sported an all-black ensemble. The pair were all smiles as they posed for photos together at the event.
Klum shared a photo on Instagram with Kaulitz prior to the gala and captioned the post with a heart emoji.
Klum was first linked to the Tokio Hotel guitarist in March following her split from Vito Schnabel. The model was spotted going topless the next month during a vacation with Kaulitz in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
"Heidi and Tom met through Germany's Next Top Model," a source told Us Weekly in April. "There was some connection through the show."
"Tom is breath of fresh air for her," the insider said. "They fell into an easy rhythm really quickly."
Klum was previously married to Seal and shares three children, 12-year-old son Henry, 11-year-old son Johan and 8-year-old daughter Lou, with the singer. She is also mom to 14-year-old daughter Helene, whom Seal adopted during their marriage.
"[Henry] looks like Seal," Klum told People in September. "He looks just like his dad -- he has this little gap here in his teeth."
