Teigen, 32, playfully called out Jenner in a Snapchat video Sunday after the 62-year-old reality star ran into her coffee table.
"If anyone's in the market for a slightly used table, the Kris Jenner actually just fell into it," Teigen said while showing the damage to the table. "It's customized."
"This is where I did a face plant," Jenner added, showing a makeup stain on Teigen's couch. The television personality held an icepack to her arm, but was all smiles for the camera.
Teigen and her husband, singer John Legend, hosted the party for their family and friends. The model, who said in August that she was cutting back on drinking, told her 9.6 million Twitter followers that she refrained from alcohol at the event.
"This could have everything to do with th fact that I'm not drinking but this feels very...uneventful," Teigen wrote.
"My house...is so happy," she added after the Philadelphia Eagles beat the New England Patriots. "Everyone is now apparently THE BIGGEST eagles fan. I, I don't care. So please don't yell at me thank you."
Jenner attended the bash the same day her daughter Kylie Jenner announced she gave birth to a baby girl Feb. 1. Jenner's daughter Khloe Kardashian subsequently posted a photo of herself and Kylie showing their baby bumps.
