Feb. 2 (UPI) -- All five members of the Spice Girls reunited Friday to pose for a photo on member Victoria Beckham's Instagram.
The photo features Beckham (Posh), surrounded by Melanie C (Sporty), Emma Bunton (Baby), Geri Halliwell (Ginger) and Mel B (Scary) who are all seen smiling together.
"Love my girls!!! So many kisses!!! X Exciting x #friendshipneverends #girlpower," Beckham said, referencing lyrics from the group's 1996 hit "Wannabe."
The photo has sparked rumors of the Spice Girls officially reuniting for a new collaboration.
The Spice Girls were previously rumored to be reuniting for a 20th anniversary tour in 2015, however, nothing came to fruition. All five members last went on tour together for The Return of the Spice Girls in 2007.
The Spice Girls were formed in 1994 and released their first single "Wannabe" in 1996. The band has released three studio albums, including 1997's Spiceworld. The group released a movie of the same name that year.
