Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Stephanie Pratt opened up Tuesday following her split from boyfriend Jonny Mitchell. The 31-year-old television personality said in an Instagram Stories video that she posted a photo of herself crying this week during a "terrified" night.

"Hi strangers, just need to apologize for posting a photo of myself crying, since none of you know what my life is like," Pratt said in a clip addressed "To: Nasty people," according to People.
"None of you know that I'm not speaking to my family. None of you know that I ended up calling the police last night because I was terrified. So [expletive] all of you," she said.
Pratt had captioned a photo of herself with tear-streaked mascara as "makeup by jm" Monday on Instagram Stories. Mitchell's rep confirmed Tuesday that the star and Pratt have called it quits.
"Jonny Mitchell and Stephanie Pratt have ended their relationship. Jonny has fond memories of the times they spent together and wishes Stephanie all the best of luck in the future," the rep told E! News.
Pratt, the younger sister of The Hills alum Spencer Pratt, was feeling more optimistic in a followup post Tuesday. She shared a picture of her look on Instagram after undergoing a makeover.
"Nothing can keep me down .... ESPECIALLY with a @mellysophiamua makeover," the star wrote.
