Nov. 21 (UPI) -- Roman Reigns made history on Raw Monday when he captured the Intercontinental Championship making him WWE's latest Grand Slam Champion.

A Grand Slam Champion is a Superstar who has held throughout their career all four of the company's major titles which include either the Raw or Smackdown Tag Team Championship, the United States Championship, Intercontinental Championship and either of the world heavyweight titles including the WWE or Universal Championship.

Reigns now joins an exclusive group of Grand Slam Champions that includes Edge, Big Show, The Miz, Eddie Guerrero, Daniel Bryan, Chris Jericho and The Big Dog's fellow Shield partner Dean Ambrose, among others.

Reigns won the title from The Miz in the main event of Raw despite The A-lister receiving help from Sheamus and Cesaro as The Miztourage was taken out earlier by The Shield.

The distraction by Sheamus and Cesaro led to The Miz nailing the Skull-Crushing Finale on Reigns who was still able to kick out at the two count. After The Shield arrived to dispose of The Miz's backup, Reigns delivered a Spear and won the match to become the new Intercontinental Champion.

Raw also featured the return of Paige who was last seen on WWE programming in June 2016. Paige made her return during a Fatal 4-Way Match between Bayley, Sasha Banks, Alicia Fox and Mickie James to determine the No. 1 contender for Alexa Bliss' Raw Women's Championship.

"I'm back...and I didn't come alone," Paige said in the middle of the match. NXT Superstars Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose then entered the ring from behind and took out Banks and James as Fox ran to the back.

Paige also got in on the action and delivered the Ram-Paige to Bayley before posing in the ring with Deville and Rose.

Other moments from Raw included Angle, his son Jason Jordan and Braun Strowman confronting Triple H following his action at Survivor Series; a match between Jordan and Strowman ending after Kane attacked The Monster Among Men with a steel chair; Samoa Joe defeating Finn Balor; Asuka defeating Dana Brooke; Ambrose defeating Sheamus; Rich Swann, Cedric Alexander, Akira Tozawa and Mustafa Ali defeating Drew Gulak, Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese and Noam Dar; and Matt Hardy attacking Elias.
