Dwayne Johnson celebrates mother's 69th birthday with daughter Jasmine

Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Dwayne Johnson shared on Instagram Thursday how he celebrated his mother's 69th birthday alongside his longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian and their baby daughter Jasmine.

"Family prayer of gratitude (and laughs) in celebrating my mom's 69th Birthday!" the former WWE star wrote alongside a video of himself sitting down next to his mother Ata Johnson and 1 year-old Jasmine.

The clip features the family along with Hashian and others, sharing a prayer before settling down to eat a big meal.

"My fav part of this moment is our baby daughter Jasmine, thinks we're playing the game where daddy pretends to be be asleep so that's why she screams, "WAKE.. AWAKE!" then a few seconds later after I kiss her head and place my hand over hers, she starts biting my hand to get my attention (just like her mama @laurenhashianofficial," Johnson continues of how Jasmine saw the prayer as a game.

"Thank you Chef Evelyn for leading a beautiful and uplifting prayer in strong mana. We almost lost my mom to cancer 10yrs ago - she survived. Every day we're a grateful family to have her and all our loved ones around us. Amen. #WakeAwake #Grateful #HappyBirthdayMom #Aiga," Johnson said in conclusion.

Johnson who welcomed Jasmine in December 2015, last made headlines with his daughter on Memorial Day when he helped her walk through a river.
