Oct. 25 (UPI) -- The daughter of late actor Paul Walker reached a wrongful death settlement with Porsche this month stemming from the 2013 crash that killed her father, according to reports.
Terms of the settlement are confidential, reported ABC News.
Meadow Walker, 18, filed the lawsuit shortly after the 2013 crash. Paul Walker was riding in the passenger seat of a Porsche Carrera GT that investigators determined was going between 80 and 90 miles per hour when it crashed into a tree and burst into flames. Both he and the driver, Roger Bodas, died within seconds.
Meadow Walker's attorneys blamed Porsche for the incident.
"The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car," attorney Jeff Milam said in a statement to E! News in 2015. "It doesn't belong on the street. And we shouldn't be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas."
Last year, Meadow Walker reached a wrongful death settlement with the Bodas estate for $10.1 million.
