Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Resident Evil franchise star Chris Redfield is back in a new adventure titled Not a Hero that will be released for free to owners of Resident Evil 7.
A gameplay trailer for the downloadable content featuring Redfield infiltrating an abandoned cavern, was unveiled recently during the Tokyo Game Show.
The clip features Redfield taking on a new breed of zombies before facing off with a towering, blob-like creature that appears to be impervious to bullets.
Not a Hero will be released as DLC for Resident Evil 7 on Dec. 12 and as part of Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition that will include the original base game and all other previously released add-on content.
Redfield is also a featured character in developer Capcom's newly released crossover fighting game, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite.
