Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Rosie O'Donnell's estranged daughter is going to be a first-time mom.

Rosie, 55, reacted Tuesday on Twitter after daughter Chelsea O'Donnell announced she's expecting a baby with husband Nick Alliegro in an interview with The Daily Mail.

"u want no part of me stop doing interviews kid," Rosie tweeted Tuesday evening.

"what will u do with no tabloids to call no one to blame but u u child u same," she added Wednesday morning, quoting a poem she wrote to Chelsea in May.

Rosie also called out the Daily Mail reporter who conducted Chelsea's interview, Martin Gould, alleging the journalist took advantage of her daughter.

"thats martin gould - predatory reporter for the daily mail - old creepy man who pays my ill daughter to do interviews - [expletive] u Martin Gould," she wrote.

Chelsea shared her excitement at becoming a mom in the interview, but said Rosie will play no role in her child's life.

"It's very exciting and I'm looking forward to it. But Rosie will not be in my child's life -- and no, I do not feel sad about that to be honest," the 20-year-old said.

"I really don't care if I have a boy or a girl, I'm just hoping for a healthy baby," she added. "Nick would really like a boy. But as far as I am concerned so long as it's healthy that's what matters."

Rosie and Chelsea had a highly-publicized falling out in August 2015, but appeared to reconcile the next year. Chelsea's pregnancy announcement came just days after news broke that Rosie's ex-wife Michelle Rounds died Sept. 11 of an apparent suicide.
