Simpson had dedicated a post to Maxwell in June after her daughter graduated from preschool. She said at the time that the 5-year-old l was "excited" to start kindergarten.

"Spread your wings and prepare to fly for you have become a butterfly #kindergartenherewecome," the star said. "Someone is excited for kindergarten! How do all you moms do it? I need help."
