Sept. 8 (UPI) -- Carey Hart sent his love to "amazing wife" Pink on her 38th birthday. The 42-year-old former motocross competitor shared a sweet message and a photo of Pink with their 8-month-old son, Jameson Moon, on the singer's birthday Friday.

"Happy birthday to my amazing wife @pink," Hart captioned a picture of Pink having a silly moment with Jameson. "Thank your for letting me along for the ride all these years. I've watched you grow from a kid to an amazing woman and mother."
"Sorry that the sick kids kept us apart on your birthday, and I can't wait to give you a birthday spanking! Love you," he added.
Hart shares Jameson and 6-year-old daughter Willow Sage with Pink. The singer appeared to confirm on her Twitter account that she and Hart were having a trying night with their kids.
"I think they scream for two hours and don't want to sleep because they love you so much and miss you too much. Right?" she wrote.
Pink, Hart and Willow attended the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards as a family in August, where the singer accepted the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. The singer encouraged self-acceptance in her speech.
"We don't change. We take the gravel in the shell and we make a pearl. And we help other people change so that they can see more kinds of beauty," she said.
