Aug. 29 (UPI) -- Michael Bublé celebrated son Noah's fourth birthday this week in the wake of his son's battle with cancer.

The 41-year-old Canadian singer and wife Luisana Lopilato threw Noah a Spider-Man-themed birthday party after announcing their son is "well" in April.

Lopilato shared a photo from Noah's bash Monday on Instagram showing several Spider-Man-inspired desserts, including her son's birthday cake. Other decorations included fake spiderwebs and red and blue balloons.

"Total genius!" the 30-year-old Argentine actress captioned the picture in Spanish. "Can I have more? #superproduccion #candybar."

Bublé and Lopilato previously threw Noah a Spider-Man-themed party for his third birthday in 2016. The singer shared a family photo at the time featuring Lopilato, Noah and the couple's younger son, Elias.

"Can't believe my little man is 3 years old today!! Happy birthday Noah/Spider-Man," he wrote. "Your mommy And I love you so much! #loveofmylife #proud #papa."

Bublé and Lopilato went public with Noah's cancer diagnosis in November. The actress said at a news conference April 10 that Noah was doing well and recovering from the ordeal.

"Thank God, my son is well," Lopilato told reporters. "When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes. Now I value life much more, the now and the today."

"My son's recovery is a long process as you all know and he has to continue with checkups. But we are very happy," she said. "We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow."
