Aug. 25 (UPI) -- Dwayne Johnson complimented a 10-year-old boy on Twitter Thursday who saved his brother from drowning by using a move he learned from the actor's film San Andreas.
Jacob O'Connor of Detroit rescued his 2-year-old brother Dylan from drowning by doing chest compressions he saw Johnson's character do in San Andreas after he pulled his sibling out from the bottom of a pool, noted The Hollywood Reporter.
"There was an earthquake, then it caused a tsunami and then there was a daughter that was drowning and he had to get her out and he did the same thing," O'Connor said of the film to WXYZ 7 News in Detroit.
"Thank you media friends for covering such an inspiring story. What a brave (and calm) 10yr old boy in the face of that heightened distress," Johnson wrote on Twitter before calling O' Connor a hero.
