"Great News! We are proud and excited to share that we are expecting a little one early next year! ...My hubby is a graphic designer, so I hope you appreciate his cheekiness," she captioned a photo of herself and Gifford in front of a "Great news! I am pregnant" backdrop.

Shaw followed up Monday by sharing a Hocus Pocus-themed post. The post depicts the trio of witch sisters Winnie (Bette Midler), Mary (Kathy Najimy) and Sarah Sanderson (Sarah Jessica Parker).

"Maybe I should have used this for my pregnancy announcement?? #anythinggoes," the actress wrote.

Shaw played Allison in Hocus Pocus, which opened in theaters in 1993. She discussed the movie's lasting influence in an interview with ABC News in 2015 following the film's 20th anniversary.

"I don't think any of us had any idea of the magnitude of how popular it would be 'til this day," the star said. "It just goes to show that when you are young you watch things over and over again and it gets in your head, and just sticks."

"I'm remembered mostly for Hocus Pocus. When I grew up, they'd mostly say 'Ohhh, Allison,' but thankfully they keep the 'Yabbos' comment to themselves," she added of the movie's memorable lines.

Shaw has since appeared in the films Eyes Wide Shut, The Hills Have Eyes and 3:10 to Yuma. She also played Kate McPherson in the Showtime series Ray Donovan starring Liev Schreiber.
