July 28 (UPI) -- The villainous Doomfist is now playable in developer Blizzard's team-based online shooter game Overwatch for the Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
"History is written by the victors," the iron-fisted brawler proclaims in a new gameplay trailer released Thursday that highlights Doomfist's hard-hitting abilities.
The video demonstrates how Doomfist can use his Rocket Punch to send enemies flying into a wall or off the edge of a cliff while his Rising Uppercut ability sends opponents flying straight into the air.
Doomfist also boasts a Hand Cannon with regenerating ammo, a Seismic Slam that can knockdown combatants and his ultimate move -- Meteor Strike -- that can devastate multiple enemies.
Doomfist arrives into Overwatch alongside a new gameplay patch that offers players more options for capturing and saving match highlights and a new loot box system that cuts down on the amount of duplicate items received.
