July 26 (UPI) -- Olivia Wilde sent Jennifer Lawrence a care package after the Oscar winner vomited during her show this month.

The 33-year-old actress said on Tuesday's episode of Watch What Happens Live that she reached out to Lawrence after the X-Men: Apocalypse star threw up while seeing her in 1984 on Broadway.

"Listen, she didn't need to apologize," Wilde told host Andy Cohen. "I felt so bad and I sent her some matzah ball soup and some bagels and she feels much better. She had a stomach flu, the poor thing walked in sick."

"She's feeling better, thank the Lord, because she's the best," she added.

Page Six reported last week that Lawrence got sick while attending a performance of 1984 on July 17. A source explained the 26-year-old actress had "caught the stomach flu from her nephews."

"Midway through the show, Jennifer Lawrence bolted from her seat," another insider recounted. "Several people saw her getting sick in the lobby. The ushers were very helpful and courteous in helping her out."

Wilde plays Julia in 1984, which is based on the George Orwell novel of the same name. The Broadway adaptation made headlines following its debut in May after several audience members fainted due to intense content.

"Sending my love to those 4 people who fainted in the audience. Warning: this is not your grandma's Broadway. Hope all are ok," Wilde tweeted May 24.
