July 14 (UPI) -- Beyonce sent her fans into a frenzy late Thursday when she shared on Instagram a photo of her newborn twins alongside a caption that confirmed their names.

"Sir Carter and Rumi 1 month today," the singer wrote alongside an elaborate image of herself holding up the twins while donning a brightly-colored dress and standing against a backdrop of flowers.

The image is the first photo of the twins that Beyonce gave birth to in June. Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z had kept the names and genders of their newborn children a secret until now.

Beyonce and Jay-Z, who were married in 2008, are also parents to 5-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.
