Coco Austin practices yoga with sister, daughter Chanel

June 30 (UPI) -- Coco Austin enjoyed a family yoga session with her sister and daughter this week.

The 38-year-old television personality showed off her "goddess pose" Wednesday while spending time with sister Kristy Williams and 19-month-old daughter Chanel.

"What do u think of this pose? Its called the goddess pose.. My sister is an amazing yoga instructor.. U should work with her someday if u ever get a chance," she captioned a photo on Instagram.

Austin and Chanel struck a different yoga pose in matching orange bikinis the day previous. The pair have been staying cool by the pool while vacationing in Arizona this week.

"Omg! I asked Chanel, 'Show me a yoga pose' and she held her leg out all on her own. She's learning quick #stretchingtwinsies," Austin captioned a picture of the moment.

Austin shares Chanel with her husband, Law & Order: SVU star Ice-T, whom she married in 2002. She confirmed in an interview with Hollywood Life in April that she and her family will star on a new TV show.

"I get questions like crazy on my website," the star said of her baby blog. "They want to know my fitness regime and what diapers I use on Chanel and you know, every little detail, so now only do I write a baby blog about my journey with her, but it's just an overwhelming response!"

"Women need to talk, women need to open up and have the conversation, and I'm here for it and there for them," she explained. "[The series] has to do with a mommy show, about women, taboo subjects, and all that good stuff!"
