Jamie Lynn Spears shares photo of Maddie with first responders on birthday

June 20 (UPI) -- Jamie Lynn Spears shared on Instagram a photo of her daughter Maddie on her birthday, with the first responders who saved her life following her ATV accident.

"My baby is 9 years old today, and more then ever we realize how precious every day is," Spears captioned the photo which features Maddie in between the first responders outside of a swimming pool, on Monday.

"So, we have to thank these 2 HEROES John and Victoria are the first responders, who literally saved Maddie's life, and they were able to celebrate her another year of her life with us this past weekend!" Spears continued.

"Thank God for these amazing people, and thank you God for your amazing grace," she wrote. "We are so blessed today, and everyday with this little angel! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MADDIE."

Maddie nearly drowned and remained unconscious for two days after she accidentally drove an ATV into a pond while trying to avoid a ditch on Spears and stepdad Jamie Watson's Kentwood, La. property on Feb. 5. She left the hospital on Feb. 10 and had a full recovery.

Spears shares Maddie with her ex-fiance Casey Aldridge, from whom she split from in 2010.
