Brie Bella celebrates one month with newborn Birdie: 'I think of how lucky I am'

June 8 (UPI) -- Brie Bella is celebrating her first month with newborn daughter Birdie Joe Danielson with a new photo.

"Can't believe my little bird is one month old," the Total Divas star wrote on Instagram recently alongside a photo of herself touching noses with her daughter.

Bella welcomed Birdie in May with her husband and fellow former WWE Superstar Daniel Bryan, real name Bryan Danielson.

"There is no better feeling in the world than meeting your daughter. I can't even express the overwhelming joy and love that Bryan and I are feeling," she said in a statement at the time.

Bella also shared on YouTube Tuesday, a video of herself explaining the progress Birdie has made the past month since arriving home from the hospital.

"It's crazy because as I look at her, I think of how lucky I am to have a really calm, easy baby," the 33-year-old says in the clip. "Even though I will say, in the last week she's gotten a little more fussy. Like, when she wants something, she lets you know, where before it was kind of like she really didn't. It's crazy how it's kind of changed, almost like her personality is stronger."

"It's cute because now she'll give me these eyebrows and this really strong look if she wants something or if she's not satisfied, but I've been lucky for how calm she is," she continues.
