Stars such as Justin Bieber, Coldplay, Miley Cyrus, Niall Horan, Katy Perry, Take That, Usher and Pharrell Williams will join Ariana Grande as she will return to England for the show at Old Trafford Cricket Ground on June 4.
Fans who attended the May 22 concert at Manchester Arena that killed 22 people will be able to register for free tickets for the benefit concert through Ticketmaster by Wednesday, May 31 at 4 p.m., while tickets will go on sale to the public on Thursday, June 1 at 10 a.m.
Proceeds from the concert will go toward the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund and benefit those who were injured or lost family members during the attack.
The concert will be broadcast on BBC Television, BBC Radio, Capital Radio Networks and streamed worldwide via a soon-to-be-announced digital partner.
Grande posted a statement to Twitter Friday announcing her return to Manchester for the benefit concert and offering condolences to the families affected by the attack.
"The only thing we can do is choose how we let this affect us and how we live our lives from here on out," she wrote. "I have been thinking of my fans, and of you all, nonstop over the past week. The way you have handled all of this has been more inspiring and made me more proud than you'll ever know."
