May 24 (UPI) -- Irina Shayk returned to the red carpet Tuesday following the birth of her first child. The 31-year-old Russian model stunned at the 2017 Cannes International Film Festival two months after welcoming daughter Lea with actor Bradley Cooper.

Shayk attended the screening of the Japanese film Hikari (Radiance), which is competing for the Palme d'Or. The new mom turned heads in a yellow Atelier Versace gown with a thigh-high slit and beaded embellishment.
"Such an amazing time being back in Cannes with my @lorealmakeup family! Can't thank you enough @donatella_versace for this beautiful custom dress.." she captioned a photo on Instagram of her look.
People reported in April that Shayk gave birth to a baby girl March 21 in Los Angeles. Sources later told E! News Shayk and Cooper named their daughter Lea de Seine Shayk Cooper.
"They are both extremely thrilled and feel so blessed," an insider said of the couple.
Shayk and Cooper have been dating since early 2015. The 42-year-old American actor dodged mention of Lea in an interview with The Ellen DeGeneres Show in May, but praised his A Star is Born co-star Lady Gaga.
"Oh my God, she's unbelievable. She really is incredible," he said of the singer. "I've really been awakened to the phenomenon of singing."
