April 26 (UPI) -- Kim Zolciak has paid tribute to her husband Kroy Biermann on Instagram thanking him for his love and support as their son Kash was hospitalized. "I don't know what I would do without you @kroybiermann," the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum wrote alongside a photo of Biermann walking barefoot with protective covers on his feet as he went to meet Kash following surgery.

"Kash just got out of surgery in this pic and he was heading to his room. He woke up looking for his daddy," she continued.
"We left our house in such a hurry Kroy had no shoes on and I literally was half naked w/ deep conditioner in my hair...Those were the least of our worries."
Kash was hospitalized Sunday after being attacked by a dog, with Zolciak noting, "The last 14hrs of our life has been a living nightmare," on Instagram alongside a photo of Biermann standing by the 4-year-old's side.
The reality television star did not detail the incident or identify whose dog had attacked Kash.
On Monday, Zolciak announced that Kash was headed home early writing, "We honestly felt all the positive energy you guys were sending and we couldn't be more grateful. Praying for a full speedy recovery."
