April 20 (UPI) -- Katherine Heigl said her daughters fawn "all day, every day" over son Joshua.

The 38-year-old actress and mom-of-three said Tuesday at the Los Angeles premiere of Unforgettable that 8-year-old Nancy and 5-year-old Adalaide have been "so great" since she welcomed Joshua in December.

"They love it. Adalaide has become such a little mommy," Heigl told E! News on the red carpet. "They're fawning all over him."

"[Joshua is] a really jolly little guy and my mother keeps saying, 'Why wouldn't he be? He eats all day, he sleeps all night -- which is a total blessing -- and he's fawned on over by women all day, every day,'" she said.

Heigl shares her children with husband Josh Kelley, and also has a teenage niece who lives with her full time. She confessed on Thursday's episode of Good Morning America that it's been "a whirlwind year" between caring for the kids and filming.

"Right now it's especially complicated because the girls are in school, so they're staying home but the baby needs me to eat, survive, so he he comes with me," the star shared.

"I think with every mother it's just this sort of perpetual mommy guilt that someone you're kind of not nailing it and to mess up his schedule," she said. "But honestly, I'm going to smack myself and get over that because I'm doing my very best."
