Christopher Jackson, Jane Krakowski to announce Tony nominations

April 8 (UPI) -- Broadway icons Christopher Jackson and Jane Krakowski are to reveal the nominees for the 71st Tony Awards in New York on May 2.

The announcement will be streamed as a live webcast on TonyAwards.com and the news program CBS This Morning will cover the event.

The Tonys honor excellence in Broadway theater. This year's prizes are to be presented on June 11 in a ceremony to air on CBS.
