March 21 (UPI) -- Stranger Things star Joe Keery channels Matthew Broderick from Ferris Bueller's Day Off in a new ad for Domino's.

The clip, released Monday, features Keery appearing as Bueller during the film's famous chase scene as Broderick raced to get home before his parents after an epic day of skipping school.

In this new version, Keery is racing home to beat the pizza delivery man after he was alerted by Domino's new Tracker app on his smartwatch.

After running through multiple neighboring yards, Keery then comes across Day Off star Alan Ruck, who played Bueller's friend Cameron Frye in the '80s classic, as he drives down the road in a red car.

The video, according to Adweek, was filmed on location at the same house used in the movie.

"We know that customers find the Domino's Tracker to be a fun part of ordering from Domino's, so we tried to capture their excitement in this new ad," Karen Kaiser, Domino's vice president of advertising, said in a statement. "While we modernized the classic scene with Domino's Tracker technology and Domino's custom-built delivery car, the DXP, the scene otherwise stays true to the '80s Paramount cult classic."
