March 20 (UPI) -- Father of the Bride stars Steve Martin, Kimberly Williams-Paisley and Martin Short reunited Sunday at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.

"Loved seeing my former costars @SteveMartinToGo & @themartinshort at the Opryhouse tonight for their show in #Nashville," Williams-Paisley wrote on Twitter alongside a photo featuring the trio smiling.

Williams-Paisley was on hand to see Martin and Short's comedy show.

The three starred together in 1991's Father of the Bride and its sequel, 1995's Father of the Bride Part II.

Previously, Martin addressed rumors about a third Father of the Bride film, telling Entertainment Tonight, "I don't think that's gonna happen."

"I'd have to play a grandfather -- do I want to do that? Yeah, of course I do, but I think we've seen enough," he continued. "But, you know, I think another generation will make that movie again."
