Classic Disney games return in Capcom's 'Disney Afternoon Collection'

March 15 (UPI) -- Classic Disney video games based on Duck Tales, Chip 'n' Dale, Darkwing Duck and TaleSpin are being bundled together as part of Capcom's upcoming Disney Afternoon Collection.

The title, which includes Nintendo Entertainment System games Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers 2, Darkwing Duck, DuckTales, DuckTales 2 and TaleSpin, will be available for download on the Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC for $19.99 starting April 18.

All six games have been visually upgraded to display in 1080p and include different filter options to appear with a more retro look.

New game modes including Boss Rush which allows players to take part in a string of consecutive boss battles and a Time Attack mode that tracks the time it takes to complete stages have also been added to each game.

Also a Rewind feature is present allowing players to rewind time in order to recover from a missed jump or error.

The Disney Afternoon Collection comes as Disney readies their televised reboot of Duck Tales that is set to premiere soon on Disney XD.
