March 3 (UPI) -- Paris Jackson landed her first major modeling contract this week.
"NOW REPRESENTING: #ParisJackson (@parisjackson)! (#photo [by] @mario_sorrenti x @crfashionbook #[dress by] @carineroitfeld) #CR10Paris #IMGstars," the company announced Thursday on Instagram.
"thank you @imgmodels i feel very lucky and very blessed," Jackson captioned the same photo, which appeared in her recent spread for CR Fashion Book.
Jackson has appeared on the cover of CR Fashion Book and Rolling Stone, and was spotted at a photo shoot in Paris in January. Sources told Entertainment Tonight at the time that the teenager is exploring several different interests.
"Paris is in a very happy place, she is pursuing her creative interests as an 18-year-old woman and feels like this is finally her time," an insider said. "She wants to try modeling, acting and has been songwriting. She is grateful for the opportunities ahead."
E! News reported the same month that Jackson will make her acting debut on the Fox series Star. The teenager will reportedly guest star on the Lee Daniels musical drama as a "super-chic" and "intimidating" social media guru.
Jackson is the daughter of Michael Jackson, who died at age 50 in 2009, and Debbie Rowe. The Los Angeles Times reported this week that the late singer's Neverland Ranch estate is back on the market for a reduced price of $67 million.
