Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Warner Bros. and DC Comics have released the first trailer for their latest animated feature, Teen Titans: The Judas Contract.
The clip released Wednesday, features the Teen Titans going up against their signature nemesis Deathstroke who is looking to capture to young super hero team for the villainous H.I.V.E. organization.
Based on the classic Teen Titans comic book story of the same name by writer Marv Wolfman and George Perez, The Judas Contract features the voices of Christina Ricci as Terra, Taissa Farmiga as Raven, Miguel Ferrer as Deathstroke, Stuart Allan as Robin, Brandon Soo Hoo as Beast Boy, Jake T. Austin as Blue Beetle, Kari Wahlgren as Starfire, and Sean Maher as Nightwing.
The tale is famous for featuring a betrayal within the group as one Titans member will align themselves with Deathstroke.
Directed by Sam Liu, the film is a continuation of DC's previous release of Justice League vs. Teen Titans which first introduced this incarnation of the Teen Titans team.
Teen Titans: The Judas Contract is set to release on Blu-ray and DVD in late 2017.
