LOS ANGELES, Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Cindy Crawford is okay with not looking 20 years old anymore.

The 50-year-old supermodel revealed in the Winter/Spring issue of New Beauty that she's focused on her health and happiness instead of achieving the "undoable."

"No matter what I do, I'm not going to look 20, or 30. I just want to look great for 50," Crawford told the magazine. "I exercise, eat healthy and take really good care of my skin.

"There's pressure on women to do the undoable, which is not age," she acknowledged. "But it's about looking great for however old you are, regardless of what that number is."

Crawford admitted it can be "hard" to age in the public eye and the advent of social media, saying she doesn't "need everyone on Instagram pointing out" her flaws. She encouraged fans to embrace themselves despite the societal pressure to look perfect and ageless.

"My focus is on accepting the inevitable part of aging while trying to feel good, be grateful for good health and enjoy being 50," the star said. "I think if my approach was to be less hard on myself, then maybe the world will follow it, too!"

Crawford previously said in an interview with AOL that she's "holding up" fine as the years go by. She revealed she takes an "80 percent good 80 percent of the time" approach to fitness and eating right.

"Every year you have to add a little more. I still work out. When you exercise, you tend to want to eat better. So that evolves," the model said. "I use suncreen. I wear hats. I don't smoke. The secret is, there's no secret. You just have to do it."

Crawford came to fame as a model in the 1980s, and is known for her work with Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Revlon. Her daughter, 15-year-old Kaia Gerber, won Female Model of the Year at the 2016 Daily Front Row Fashion Media Awards.
