Thicke's sons singer Robin, Brennan and Carter Thicke were also in attendance along with their families.

The television star died of a heart attack Tuesday at the age of 69 while he was playing hockey with 19-year-old Carter at a Burbank ice rink. He is also survived by his wife Tanya of 11 years.

Following his father's death, Robin noted that he was "always a gentleman."

"The good thing was that he was beloved and he had closure," he added. "I saw him a few days ago and told him how much I loved and respected him."
