LOS ANGELES, Dec. 1 (UPI) -- Jimmy Fallon is in the Christmas spirit in the first promo for the upcoming 74th annual Golden Globe Awards which he is set to host.

The clip features Fallon alongside his Tonight Show drummer Questlove of The Roots as he shows off his highly decorated house littered with Christmas lights.

"OK, Questlove, this is it—the big reveal! This is what I'm doing January 8th," the late night host says as he turns on the holiday lights revealing that they spell out Golden Globes on the roof.

Suddenly his power short circuits however, revealing the phrase Old Gobs.

Fallon signed on to host the awards show back in August when he tweeted, "Im really looking forward to spending time with the Hollywood Foreign Press before Donald Trump has them all deported."

The Golden Globe Awards will air live, Sunday Jan. 8, 2017 at 8 p.m. on NBC.
