Alexis Bledel tells Jimmy Fallon her favorite 'Gilmore Girls' characters

NEW YORK, Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Alexis Bledel, who plays Rory in Gilmore Girls, revealed her favorite characters while appearing on The Tonight Show.

Jimmy Fallon, who says he is "Team Jess," told Bledel he is new to the show and just got to Season 4. He told her his favorite characters besides Bledel's Rory and Lauren Graham's Lorelei are Luke (Scott Patterson), Kirk (Sean Gunn) and Paris Geller (Liza Weil).

Bledel said her favorite characters are Caesar (Aris Alvarado), Babette (Sally Struthers) and Miss Patty (Liz Torres) and Kirk (Sean Gunn).

The 35-year-old actress said that since Sally Struthers and Liz Torres appeared on All in the Family together for years they are really fun together.

"Every time they would come to set, they would like get together and sing showtunes," she said. "And like it was such a raucous day on set every day they were there so I have to appreciate them."
