LOS ANGELES, Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Jennifer Aniston has revealed that the cast of Friends were not big fans of the show's signature theme song.

"No one was really a big fan of that theme song," the actress said of her co-stars feelings on "I'll Be There for You" by The Rembrandts while promoting her new film Office Christmas Party on BBC's The One Show.

"We felt it was a little...I don't know. Dancing in a pond? A fountain felt sort of odd," she continued about the show's opening that involved herself, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer fooling around in a fountain as the track plays on.

"We did it because we were told to."

Earlier in the interview, Aniston admitted that she finds herself watching the hit NBC series which ran for 10 seasons from time to time while flipping through channels. "I can't help it. First, I'm trying to remember which episode it is, and then half the time I'm saying to myself, 'I don't remember that.' You get sucked into the nostalgia of it," she said.

Aniston last reunited with Cox, Kudrow Schwimmer and LeBlanc in January to honor television director James Burrows who had helmed 15 episodes of the sitcom.
