ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Ashlee Simpson celebrated her son's birthday with a special family outing over the weekend.
The 32-year-old singer and actress spent a "magical" day with Bronx, who turns eight on Nov. 20, daughter Jagger and husband Evan Ross at Disneyland.
"@Disneyland love love love this place. Magical," she captioned a photo of herself and her family with Minnie Mouse on Instagram.
Ross also shared a group picture from the celebration, writing, "@disneyland." He and Simpson welcomed Jagger in July 2015, while the singer shares Bronx with ex-husband and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz.
"Knox is such a good older brother," Simpson told E! News after her daughter's birth. "He's always saying how beautiful she is and wanting to hold her."
Simpson and Ross, the son of singer Diana Ross and late businessman Arne Naess, Jr., married in 2014 after more than a year of dating. Ross told Entertainment Tonight in September 2015 that he's "so in love" with his family.
"[Fatherhood is] beyond life-changing every day," he gushed. "[Jagger] is the most beautiful thing you could ever think of. I'm proud to be a dad, and I'm going to make sure she knows she's loved, and that's all I can do."
Simpson, the younger sister of singer and designer Jessica Simpson, last released the album Bittersweet World in 2008. She is known for playing Cecilia Smith on 7th Heaven and Violet Foster on Melrose Place.
