Official 'Allied' trailer starring Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard released

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 5 (UPI) -- The official trailer for Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard's new WWII drama, Allied, was released Wednesday.

Pitt stars as intelligence officer Max Vatan who falls in love with French Resistance fighter Marianne Beausejour, played by Cotillard, while on a mission together. The two move to London and begin a life together when Vatan finds out that Beausejour is potentially keeping a very dangerous secret.

The film, which also stars Lizzy Caplan, Matthew Goode, and Jared Harris, premieres on Nov. 23.

Cotillard confronted rumors that she and Pitt, who is in the midst of a divorce from actress Angelina Jolie, had an affair on set, saying her longtime boyfriend, Guillame Canet, is "the only one I need."
