LOS ANGELES, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Expectant parents Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian celebrated at a co-ed baby shower over the weekend.

The 28-year-old model's friend Sylvia Karapetian threw Blac Chyna and Rob a cloud-themed party at a private estate Sunday in Los Angeles, according to Us Weekly.

"The cloud theme was carried over in details from the invites down to the flowers, and to the cake, which was suspended from above on a cloud of balloons," a source revealed. "The flowers were made to look like clouds as a base for it to sit on."

E! News reported Blac Chyna and Rob celebrated with close to 80 guests, including Rob's friend Scott Disick, who split from the star's sister Kourtney Kardashian in 2015. The group enjoyed food, games and a photo booth.

"Rob has been involved in the planning. He really wants Chyna to be happy and he has been helping with the small details so that everything is to her liking," an insider told E! prior to the bash. "He really wants it to be a special day for her."

Several of Rob's sisters were overseas for Paris Fashion Week, but Blac Chyna was able to Facetime with Kim Kardashian during the party. Rob had tweeted half-sister Kylie Jenner's phone number last week after he believed his family didn't invite Blac Chyna to a separate shower.

"It was miscommunication," the star said Friday on On Air with Ryan Seacrest. "They were trying to all surprise me and do a little shower ... I took it the wrong way because it was a surprise, so I thought they weren't going to have Chyna there."

"It was literally miscommunication and I probably shouldn't have went on Twitter, but I did," he admitted. "We all love each other and we're all family and I never want to beef or argue with anybody."
