LOS ANGELES, Sept. 8 (UPI) -- Eiza Gonzalez is keeping mum about rumored boyfriend Calvin Harris. The 26-year-old Mexican actress addressed her reported romance with the 32-year-old Scottish DJ in an interview with Variety Latino after she was spotted with Harris over Labor Day weekend.

"I want to keep my personal life private," she said. "I once heard Kevin Spacey say something that really resonated with me. He said, 'If people know too much about me, then when they see the characters I play, they'll only see Kevin. I want them to see the characters I'm bringing to life.'"
Gonzalez, who co-starred with Spacey in Baby Driver, told the publication she had "nothing" to say about her status with Harris. She and the DJ had been seen leaving a party arm-in-arm Saturday in Los Angeles.
"They were holding hands and were very touchy-feely," a source told E! News. "Calvin and Eiza were canoodling all night. It was obvious they were totally into each other."
"They recently started hanging out," an insider revealed to Us Weekly. "They're both happy and just seeing where things go for now."
The sighting had come just over three months after Harris' split from Taylor Swift. The DJ reflected on the highly publicized breakup in the October issue of British GQ, saying "all hell broke loose" after he and the singer called it quits.
Gonzalez is known for playing Santanico Pandemonium on From Dusk till Dawn: The Series, which was renewed for a third season on El Rey in October. Harris last released the album Motion in 2014.
