King is set to appear on the hit CW drama as part of Season 3's upcoming "Flashpoint" story arc which is looking to shake up the status quo of the series.

In the comics Magenta, aka Frances Kane, is an ex-girlfriend of fellow speedster Wally West who gains the power to control metal but then loses her mind in the process.

Magenta's appearance could tie-into West's upcoming transformation into Kid Flash for Season 3. The character, portrayed by Keiynan Lonsdale, was shown wearing Kid Flash's signature yellow suit back in July.

King will be joined by new series villain Mirror Master played by Grey Damon when The Flash returns to the CW on Oct. 4.
